We are now seeking a dynamic and engaged Recruitment Lead to manage our recruitment practice. This role is full-time and based in Singapore.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have the ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

Rounding off the successful candidate you will be self-motivated, team focused with a pronounced need to exceed client expectations. You will also possess strong interpersonal communication, presentation and negotiating skills. Relevant social media recruiting campaigns will be necessary, as well as 5-10 years of recruitment experience. Only candidates with the right to work in Singapore will be considered.
