We are an innovative global workplace management group serving distinctive occupiers in the premium commercial office sector. Our clients include large corporations, multi-nationals, and mid-sized headquarters who demand a systemised hospitality framework with high service touchpoints, supporting all aspects of the hybrid workplace. We are now seeking a dynamic and engaged UK/EMEA Recruitment Lead to manage our recruitment practice. This role is full-time and based in London, United Kingdom.
Reporting to the National Operations Manager, this position will coordinate and manage all global external recruitment including candidate management, client acquisition, client strategy and candidate attraction. A comprehensive understanding of recruitment and hospitality processes will be necessary. Furthermore, a demonstrated ability to source and recruit cross-cultural teams will be highly regarded.
Rounding off the successful candidate you will be self-motivated, team focused with a pronounced need to exceed client expectations. You will also possess strong interpersonal communication, presentation and negotiating skills. Relevant social media recruiting campaigns will be necessary, as well as 5-10 years recruitment experience. Only candidates with the right to work in the UK will be considered.
