The Role

The Support Team Members are cornerstones of our business. They ensure that we can deliver 100% coverage to our clients by covering all periods of leave, sick days, and high customer volume situations, throughout all First Contact, managed properties. Support team members require to be flexible, open to change, and happy to embrace varied tasks and responsibilities while changing workplaces sometimes daily. 

Your day will include

  •       Assignment to a site that requires support.
  •       Setting the tone for a great customer experience by warmly welcoming tenants and visitors.
  •       Manage the concierge service portal, responding to all requests in a timely manner.
  •       Provide information and support to customers and visitors.
  •       Drive activations and promote usage of the communal spaces and amenities available.
  •       Report on lobby operations and service-offering, providing recommendations on process improvements and product ideas. 

What you will bring

  • Experience in Hospitality, Residential Concierge, Serviced office, or co-working spaces.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Discreet, able to maintain confidentiality, and build a high level of trust.
  • Flexibility and ready to learn new sites and procedures.
  • Tolerance of taking directions from not only the support team manager but management and colleagues on your assigned workplaces.
  • Immaculate presentation and grooming.
