In this versatile role, you will be the heart of our operations, covering various areas such as Front of House, Employee Services, and Hospitality on a rotating roster. Here's a glimpse of what you'll focus on:

· You will play a pivotal role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all employees, clients, and contractors entering the site. You'll be the face of our company, ensuring everyone feels valued and appreciated from the moment they step in until they leave.

· Your responsibilities will include efficiently registering visitors and staff using our designated site access management system, maintaining the corporate hospitality spaces and keeping the meeting rooms in optimal condition. You'll also be involved in providing support for meeting room bookings and managing flexible room setups, making sure every event runs smoothly.

· In addition to this, you'll be part of delivering the 5-star service for catering and events in the front-of-house meeting rooms, leaving a lasting impression on our clients & employees alike. There may be time where you will assist our mailroom team as needed, managing incoming and outgoing deliveries.

· Maintaining the reception area and breakout spaces in a clean and tidy state will be a core part of your role, creating a pleasant ambiance for all. Collaborating closely with our security teams, you'll contribute to the safety and security of our building.

· As you work closely with our clients & employees, you'll go the extra mile to provide exceptional service, even assisting with administrative tasks when required. Recognizing and addressing VIPs, guests, and building staff by name will be a key aspect of the personalized experience you'll provide.

· Your passion for exceeding expectations will shine as you continuously find ways to improve our tenants' experience within the building. Be prepared to create unforgettable WOW moments for our visitors and clients, leaving them with a lasting positive impression.

· This role involves periods of walking, standing, sitting, and manual handling, keeping you active and engaged throughout your workday

Previous experience in a customer-facing position within an office, hotel, or hospitality environment. A natural talent for connecting with people from diverse backgrounds, building genuine rapport, and fostering meaningful relationships.
