About the Role: 

Reporting directly to the General Manager - Workplace Services, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating our front-of-house workforce deployed at corporate organisations across Victoria, Adelaide, and Perth. Your specific responsibility will be overseeing our agile deployment team in Melbourne, ensuring seamless operations, and unparalleled service delivery. Additionally, you will maintain recruitment channels and ensure best service practices are deployed throughout our clientele workplaces. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Direct and lead a team of frontline staff across multiple locations. 

  • Collaborate with corporate host organisations to enhance service delivery. 

  • Oversee the agile deployment team in Melbourne, ensuring efficient operations. 

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise workplace services. 

  • Foster a culture of excellence and teamwork among staff members. 

  • Maintain strong client relationships and address any service-related issues promptly. 

  • Maintain recruitment channels and ensure best practices in workplace services. 

 

About You: 

  • Previous experience in workplace services within a commercial setting 

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality service in a dynamic environment.
