We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Community Manager to join our team at WorkHub. As the Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the unique, personalised experience that sets WorkHub apart from other coworking spaces in Australia.

As the Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the unique, personalised experience that sets WorkHub apart from other coworking spaces in Australia. Your mission will be to cultivate a professional, yet warm and inclusive community where members can thrive and achieve their business goals. This role is a single-staffed site, where you will be an integral part of First Contact's national support team. 

This position requires periods of sitting, standing, walking and manual handling.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Sales: Drive membership sales and promote the unique benefits of WorkHub to potential members, showcasing our commitment to personalized business support. 

  • Staffing: As a single-staffed site, you will manage the daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery, working closely with the national support team for additional resources and support. 

  • Business Support Services: Provide high-quality, tailored business support services to members, including administrative assistance, travel requirements, event planning, and networking opportunities, ensuring that each member feels valued and supported. 

  • Invoicing: Manage invoicing and ensure timely payment from members, maintaining transparent and efficient financial operations. 

  • This posistion requires periods of walking, standing, sitting and manual handling.

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a coworking or serviced office environment. 

  • Strong sales and customer service skills. 

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. 

  • Proficiency in invoicing and basic financial management. 

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
