The Role
The Support Team Members are cornerstones of our business. They ensure that we can deliver 100% coverage to our clients by covering all periods of leave, sick days, and high customer volume situations, throughout all First Contact, managed properties. Support team members require to be flexible, open to change, and happy to embrace varied tasks and responsibilities while changing workplaces sometimes daily.
