We’re looking for Casual Support Team Members to join our Brisbane team  stepping in across different sites to support our Concierge and Workplace teams and help maintain the high service standards our clients expect.

The Role

As part of our support team, you’ll assist across multiple buildings, helping ensure each workplace runs smoothly and every guest interaction reflects the First Contact standard.

You’ll:

  • Welcome tenants and visitors with confidence and professionalism

  • Manage meeting room bookings and service requests

  • Support concierge teams with daily workplace operations

  • Set up spaces for meetings and tenant events

  • Promote building amenities and enhance the workplace experience

Yes, there’s some standing, walking and light manual handling - but no carrying trays and no closing bars at midnight.

About You

You’re a natural host who takes pride in presentation and service.

You may come from hospitality, hotels, concierge, coworking or corporate reception, and you bring:

  • Strong communication and people skills

  • A calm, organised approach in busy environments

  • Flexibility to move between sites when needed

  • A team-first attitude and attention to detail
