The Role: Be the face of the campus, delivering a seamless, high-quality experience for tenants, visitors, and retailers.
- Reception: Welcome guests, manage enquiries, and provide proactive support
- Hospitality: Assist with events, meetings, and VIP visits
- Engagement: Build strong relationships and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Support: Handle mail, deliveries, and day-to-day front-of-house needs
This is an active, people-focused role where you’ll be on your feet and making an impact every day.
About You:
- Experienced in a customer-facing role (hospitality, concierge, reception or similar)
- Naturally personable, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Confident building relationships and anticipating needs
- Positive, solutions-focused, and adaptable
What You Bring:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality, retail, airline, or similar
- Strong service mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
