The Role: Be the face of the campus, delivering a seamless, high-quality experience for tenants, visitors, and retailers.

  • Reception: Welcome guests, manage enquiries, and provide proactive support
  • Hospitality: Assist with events, meetings, and VIP visits
  • Engagement: Build strong relationships and create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Support: Handle mail, deliveries, and day-to-day front-of-house needs

This is an active, people-focused role where you’ll be on your feet and making an impact every day.

About You:

  • Experienced in a customer-facing role (hospitality, concierge, reception or similar)
  • Naturally personable, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Confident building relationships and anticipating needs
  • Positive, solutions-focused, and adaptable

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality, retail, airline, or similar
  • Strong service mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
