We're looking for a friendly, experienced Barista to join our hospitality team delivering premium service in a high-volume café environment — all within one of Sydney’s most prestigious office buildings.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Brew exceptional coffee (800+ cups/week) with consistency and speed.

  • Maintain your barista station and café area — clean, stocked, and professional.

  • Assist the workplace kitchen with light cleaning, restocking, and service.

  • Deliver and set up catering for internal meetings and corporate events.

  • Support the concierge/workplace team as needed — be part of a bigger experience.

  • Keep safety top-of-mind — follow WHS standards in all you do.

  • Stay active throughout the day — this role includes standing, walking, and light manual handling.

You Bring

  • Barista certification + valid RSA.

  • Previous experience in a busy café or high-end hospitality setting.

  • Great energy, excellent time management, and a love for people.

  • Willingness to jump in and help with events, kitchen, and guest service as needed.

  • Flexibility for additional hours during peak periods.
