Description:
We are currently seeking customer-focused and professional team members for two opportunities within our Perth CBD portfolio:
- 1 x Casual Support Team Member
- 1 x Part-Time Executive Receptionist (Fixed Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 2:00pm)
These positions will support a range of premium commercial properties and workplace environments across the Perth CBD.
About the Roles
The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering exceptional front-of-house experiences while supporting the daily operations of premium commercial buildings, concierge services and workplace environments.
Depending on the role and site requirements, your day may include:
- Warmly welcoming tenants, visitors and contractors
- Managing reception, concierge and customer service enquiries
- Handling meeting room bookings, service requests and administrative support
- Assisting with building operations and tenant engagement initiatives
- Providing information regarding building amenities, transport and local services
- Maintaining presentation standards across lobby and communal areas
- Supporting multiple sites and teams where required
- Building strong professional relationships with clients, tenants and stakeholders
About You
To succeed in these positions, you will demonstrate:
- Experience in hospitality, concierge, reception, customer service or workplace environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional presentation and a positive, approachable manner
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Reliability, flexibility and a proactive attitude
Experience within premium commercial properties, corporate environments or 5-star hospitality settings will be highly regarded.
