Workplace Concierge 

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Workplace Concierge to join our Stockland Head Office account.

We partner with leading organisations and premium assets to bring a service approach that goes beyond traditional front of house. It’s about creating environments where people feel welcomed, supported, and genuinely connected to the workplace. This role sits at the heart of that experience.

As our Workplace Concierge, you’re not just supporting operations you’re shaping how people feel when they walk through the door, attend a meeting, or interact with the space day to day. From the front desk to behind the scenes, you’ll bring a hospitality-led approach that lifts both the client and employee experience, making the workplace feel considered, seamless, and genuinely welcoming:

  • Creating a highly engaging corporate experience for guests arriving on Level 25 by greeting, welcoming and directing employees and guests appropriately.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ensuring guests are signed in and out through the SINE system and all compliance requirements are followed.
  • Operating the Landis Attendant Pro telephony system, ensuring calls are answered promptly and directed appropriately.
  • Managing meeting rooms and the Boardroom, including associated catering requirements.
  • Providing administrative and coordination support, including expenses, purchase orders, project support and overflow administration.
  • Creating security access passes for new and existing employees and managing temporary passes for off-site employees and contractors.
  • Managing the General Information inbox and directing enquiries to the appropriate employee or team.
  • Assessing incoming enquiries and correspondence, determining priorities and taking or referring action as required.
  • Coordinating corporate events, including catering requirements.
  • Owning the Level 25 engagement plan and calendar of events.
  • Providing additional administrative and operational support as required.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years in a customer facing role hospitality, aviation, retail or similar
  • Experience in a corporate, hotel, or hospitality environment
  • Strong technology skills across PC systems, booking platforms, and workplace tools
  • A genuine hospitality mindset reading the room and adapting to what people need
  • Strong problem solving ability with a calm and proactive approach
  • High attention to detail you notice the small things that make a big difference
  • Professional, discreet, and trusted in how you handle people and information
  • High personal presentation standards aligned to a premium workplace environment
