Workplace Services Team Leader – Optus Campus, Macquarie Park

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Workplace Services Team Leader to help lead the daily operation of our client’s campus in Macquarie Park. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, you’ll support a dynamic team across reception, meeting rooms, hospitality, events, the learning centre, mailroom and loading dock.

This role is ideal for a proactive leader who enjoys being involved in daily operations, developing people and delivering exceptional workplace experiences.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead, coach and support a high-performing workplace services team.
  • Coordinate daily operations, workflows and service delivery.
  • Create exceptional experiences for employees, visitors and stakeholders.
  • Support team briefings, onboarding and training.
  • Resolve operational issues while maintaining high service standards.
  • Build strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workplace services and processes.

About you

You’ll bring:

  • At least two years’ experience in a leadership role within customer service, hospitality or workplace services.
  • A confident, approachable and hands-on leadership style.
  • Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine passion for supporting people and delivering outstanding service.
