  • Sydney, Sydney - AUD Industry Standards
Description:

We’re looking for an Executive Concierge to lead the day-to-day service at 10 Shelley Street.

You’ll work closely with the Head Concierge at 1 Shelley Street to create a consistent experience across the precinct. At 10 Shelley, you’ll share the lobby concierge desk with the key tenant’s team. Building a strong working relationship with them will be an important part of making every arrival feel seamless.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being visible, building relationships and taking responsibility for the details that make a workplace feel well looked after.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the daily concierge service at 10 Shelley Street, setting a warm and professional tone.
  • Work alongside the key tenant’s team at the shared lobby desk, communicating clearly and supporting each other through the day.
  • Welcome visitors, manage check-ins through the visitor management system and coordinate access in line with the client’s procedures.
  • Get to know the occupiers, building team and service partners, and respond to what they need.
  • Keep communication flowing with the Head Concierge at 1 Shelley Street.
  • Support meetings, events and precinct activities, from planning through to delivery.
  • Spot issues early, follow them through and keep the building looking and running at its best.

The role involves periods of walking, standing, sitting and manual handling, keeping you active and engaged throughout the day.

What you’ll bring

You may come from a hotel, premium hospitality venue, corporate concierge team or another service environment where you’ve learned to read the room and make people feel welcome. You’re organised, calm when plans change and comfortable working closely with another team in a shared space. You’re confident using visitor management systems and following access procedures, and enjoy taking the lead while staying hands-on.

Why choose First Contact?

  • A Monday to Friday role, with your evenings and weekends to yourself.
  • A rewards program where you can earn gift cards and other perks.
  • Learning and development with some of Australia’s leading workplace experience professionals.
  • Access to support around the clock through our wellbeing partner, Sonder.

At First Contact, we believe great workplace service starts with people who care about the experience they create. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
